Terms of Service

Last updated: Draft — not yet published

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GEETUN, you agree to these Terms. If you are creating a student account on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Accounts

GEETUN has two account types: parent accounts, which own billing and can create or link student accounts, and student accounts, which are intended for use by minors under a parent's supervision. Parents are responsible for their child's use of the Service and for the accuracy of information provided at signup.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed to the parent account and priced per child. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund and proration terms will be finalized alongside the billing provider integration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to circumvent access controls, sharing account credentials, or using the AI Tutor for purposes unrelated to learning the current lesson.

Content & Intellectual Property

Lesson content, the GEETUN name, and all associated branding are the property of GEETUN. Curriculum content is authored to align with official Armenian educational standards but is provided for supplementary learning; GEETUN does not guarantee it replaces official school instruction or materials.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Parents may request deletion of their family's accounts and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEETUN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to parent accounts before they take effect.
